These are items which have been returned to the retailer by the general public. The goods can have cosmetic damage, electrical faults or simply not in a good enough condition to be put back into stock when it has been returned.

We find, because of the value of items, all companies go through the audio returns and take out the stock which can be sold as seconds or at a reduced price within the store. As a result the majority of items will need some work. In some cases items have also been to an electrical repair facility and deemed to be BER (beyond economic repair) or simply not worth repairing. 

This does not mean the goods cant be repaired, just that the costs to these companies make it not cost effect for them. To make profit on these pallets you must be qualified and able to repair electrical goods
