| Every
company selling customer returns or clearance stocks has
their own explanation of the grades of stocks they sell.
We are no different so please take time to read the
information below as not all companies sell the same
stocks |

These
grades are specific to our telephone stocks for
other stocks please see below |

A Grade
Telephones:
- This stock may contain Brand New and Tested
Telephone Stock.
Hi Grade

Premium
Grade (B + C) is

C
Grade
telephones are exactly the same stock as the B grade
telephones but are not presented in the original picture
boxes. Some of the C grade will actually be presented
individually wrapped in pollybags but this will be
highlighted on the listing. The conversion rate to
working units should in essence represent similar
percentages as compared with the B grade stock. |

These
are items removed from either the warehouse or shops of
a number of mail order and catalogue return companies.
In general they are all thought to be 100% but you can
get the odd shop soiled or warehouse damaged item within
a parcel. Even as A Grade you may get some
damaged items and we do not offer any guarantee on these
goods. You will also find that the retail values of
these items can be 6 months to a year or more old. This
is due to the fact the line has been held ready for
disposal at the price it was selling for at the time, no
adjustment is made once the item is cleared |
| Clearance |
These
are items that have been cleared from either the retail
stores or warehouses of many different retailers. They
can include shop soiled or box damaged goods. We also
find in some cases that the retail values of the items
may be out of date as many clearance items are older by
nature. Overall they represent excellent value for many
but they are not sold as brand new goods |
| Box
Damaged |
Box
damaged goods tend to come in parcel lots. These are
normally goods that have been damaged in transit or
within the warehouse of the mail order company and have
been cleared to us. |

Grade stocks are raw customer returns. As such you will
find a large range of conditions which will vary pallet
to pallet. Within a pallet you can get items that have
been smashed, damaged in transit, have parts missing or
have simply been returned because they are not wanted.
There is not set amount of good to bad in any pallet,
they are simply listed by the mail order companies until
they fill a pallet. |

Grade goods are items which are known to have a fault of
some form. These are mainly found in our Audio pallets
and could be either an electrical or cosmetic. It could
be either a major fault where the item is only useful as
parts or it may be cosmetic fault that can be rectified
fairly easily. These pallets are prices accordingly and
we only advise customers able to make repairs purchase
these lots |
| Grade
1 |
Grade
1 stocks are mainly clothing & footwear but can also
be found in Mixed and Household goods. They are all
customer returns which have been checked and have either
no fault at all or very minor faults that may need a
repair. Whilst the system is very good it is always
possible to get an item with the Grade 1 which should
really be Grade 2, if this happens there is nothing we
can do. It is simply part of dealing with graded returns |
| Grade
2 |
Grade
2 stocks are once again mainly clothing & footwear
but can also be found in Mixed and Household goods. They
are simply the returns which have been checked as
damaged, washed or worn when returned. They are sold at
a very low rate and we currently have a waiting list for
the parcels. Any that do become available are added to
our site |
